Filming at Cloud Cuckoo Land Festival

Four very excited Sound Advice members have just come back to base after five days of filming at Cloud Cuckoo Land Festival on Fern-hill Farm just outside of Bristol. All the footage and interviews collected are going towards a pilot for our full documentary (which is planed for next years festival session).

As well as this we will make a promotional video for the festival itself and perhaps a few freebies for some of the other great projects that were there (we'll see how time and patience goes).

The pilot will contain interviews with the organizers, volunteers, stall owners and festival goers discovering what it really takes to put on a small festival, what are the reasons behind putting on such a event, along side discovering the political and cultural impacts that they have on British culture and society.

Despite the weather during our stay on the Farm we all had a fantastic time, got some beautiful footage and insight into the world of the small festival. With the help of our new friends at Cloud Cuckoo Land we all feel that we are onto a winner with opportunities to develop and expand our current ideas on Small Festivals around the UK.

Watch this space as we will upload pictures and clips over the next few weeks with the Cloud Cuckoo Land promo due by the end of August and the final pilot due the later part of October.
