Get your festival fix without leaving the borough as Acoustic Sundays brings the sounds of summer to the heart of Hackney all season long!

Our open mic musicians (and hopefully some sunshine) will warm us up from 2pm, before 6 brilliant acts - introduced by comedian and regular Acoustic Sundays MC, James Ross - will play us through until 7.

Expect an Eclectic Line-Up including:

BethanWyn Music - London based singer/songwriter and actress - Classically trained but raised on Vinyls, her love of old school jazz, blues and soul has hugely influenced her style but is given a fresh twist with a rich contemporary sound

Clare Birkett – Singer-songwriter whose influences range from the folk sounds of Bob Dylan and Laura Marling to trip-hop

Joe Garvey – hailing from Kingston, Joe’s witty songs are influenced by everything from hip‐hop to folk.

Bal De Bourdon – London-based band performing original arrangements of music from France, the Channel Islands and Cornwall, with a penchant for songs that are rich in melody, drama and stories

Lewis Barfoot – As part of her Summer Sundays 2016 tour, half Irish, half English songbird Lewis will grace us once again with her wonderful voice - deeply ensconced in the roots of folk

As ever, street food sensation, 2 Fingers ‘London’s original fish finger bad boys’ will be on hand with their latest incarnation of The Ultimate Fish Finger Sandwich Experience!

To keep you hydrated – our pop-up bar will be selling local and sensibly priced drinks – with beers from London Fields, along with gin, vodka and variety of soft drinks.

But first, see you on the 3rd July, 2pm at the Crypt!
